Constitution of Advisory Board
The Bihar Control of Crimes Act, 2024The State Government shall, whenever necessary, constitute one or more Advisory Boards for the purposes of this Act. The District Magistrate may, if he is satisfied that any person is acting in any manner prejudicial to the maintenance of public order, then he may: (a) order such person to leave the district or such area as he may specify and not to enter it again for a period not exceeding six months, and (b) direct such person to inform the police officer of his presence in the district or area, if he enters it again. The.District Magistrate or the commissioner may at any time rescind an order made under Section 3, whether or not such order was confirmed on appeal under Section 6.
