Substitution of sub-section (2) of Section-47 of the Act 6 of 1935

The sub-section (2) of Section-47 of the Bihar Co-operative societies Act 1935 shall be substituted by the following, namely: - “ Every offence under the Act shall, for the purpose of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 (5 of 1898) be deemed to be non-cognisable except offence under section-45 A (3) of this Act.”
