Establishment of Courts of Civil Judge (Senior Division)

(1) There may be established by the Government, in consultation with the High Court, such numbers of the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) for a district or more than one district as may be necessary. (2) Each Court of a Civil Judge (Senior Division) shall be presided over by a Judge to be called as Civil Judge (Senior Division).
