Classes of Civil Court

In addition to the Courts established under any other law for the time being in force, there shall be established the following classes of Civil Courts in the State,- (a) Court of a District Judge ; (b) Court of an Additional District Judge ; (c) Court of a Civil Judge (Senior Division) ; (d) Court of a Civil Judge (Junior Division) ; (e) Customary Court.
