Establishment of Courts of Additional District Judge

(1) There may be established by the Government, in consultation with the High Court, such numbers of the Court of Additional District Judge for a district or more than one district as may be necessary. (2) Each Court of an Additional District Judge shall be presided over by a Judge to be called as Additional District Judge.
