Determination of compensation :

(1)When a claim is transferred for disposal under Section 20(2) to an officer exercising

the powers of a Collector under Section 29 “The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013” or any relevant Act for the time being in force at that time, such officer shall make an award determining the amount of compensation payable to the claimant.
