- 0. Preamble
- 1. Short title, extent and commencement : (1)This Act may be called Arunachal
- 2. Definitions : In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires : -
- 3. Declaration of State road : The State Government may, by notification in the Official
- 4. Village Road : Road connecting the various road within a village or cluster of villages for commercial and agricultural activities.
- 5. Responsibilities under this Act, together with powers to be delegated selectively to appropriate Chief Engineers, PWD and Chief Engineers, RWD respectively.
- 6. Powers to enter for survey in connection with a State Road scheme : (1)The
- 7. Provided that no person shall enter into any building or any enclosed court or garden attached to a dwelling house without prior consent of occupier.
