The Chairperson

The Chairperson:

1. (1) The Minister-in-charge of Education of the State shall, by virtue of his office, be the Chairperson of the Council.
2. (2) The Chairperson shall have the right to call for report on any matter pertaining to the affairs of the Council and offer suggestions for the improvement of the functioning of the Council.
3. (3) The Chairperson shall preside over the meeting of the Governing Council and shall preside over the meeting of the Advisory Council in the absence of the Visitor.
