Short title, extent and commencement :
- (1) This Act may be called the Arunachal Pradesh State Higher Education Council Act, 2019.
- (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Arunachal Pradesh.
- (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 11th July, 2014.
