(APSHEC):The Governing Council of APSHEC shall be constituted as follows:-

1. (a) Hon'ble Minister (Education): (Chairperson);
2. (b) Hon'ble Minister of State (Education) or an eminent Educationist as may be determined(Ex-officio) by the Government: (Vice-Chairperson);
3. (c) Commissioner, Education: Member;
4. (d) Commissioner/Secretary to Hon'ble Governor: Member;
5. (e) Secretary, Education: (Member Secretary);
6. (f) Secretary, Finance & Investment: (Member);
7. (g) Secretary, Skill Development: (Member);
8. (h) Secretary, Industry: (Member);
   • (i) One nominee from Higher Education, MHRD: (Member);
9. (j) Director, H&TE-cum-SPD (RUSA): (Member);(Ex-officio)
10. (k) Four prominent and eminent professors/ academicians/ educationist from different fields: (Member); (to be nominated by Patron)
11. (l) Five Principals from HEIs: (Member); (to be nominated by Patron)
