Process of identification of Eligible Slum Dwellers, Grant of Legal Entitlement and Dispute Resolution

The State Government shall prescribe and notify necessary directions for the identification and periodic survey of slum dwellers including bio-metric survey, manner of grant of legal entitlement to dwelling space, grievance redressal/dispute resolution mechanism etc. for the purpose of granting legal entitlement to the slum dwellers.
