The State Authority or the City/ Urban Area Slum Redevelopment Committee, may, in relation to itsfunctions under thisAct, from time to time, require any person, officer, orother authority to furnish to it, reports, retums, stiatisltcs. accounts and other information as may be deemed necessary and such person, officet or other authority, as the cas'e may b6, shall be bound to do so.
