The Arunachal Pradesh Property Rights to Slum Dwellers Act, 2012. (Act No. 10f2013) (Received the assent of the Governor on 4th January, 2013 and Published in the Arunachal Pradesh E.O. Gazette No. 3,Vol-XX, dated 18th January, 2013) An Act to provide for facilitation of inclusive growth and slum-free cities, including basic amenities and affordable housing to the slum-dwellers; for this purpose to lay down general principles applicable to slum-free cities in all spheres of Government, to define the functions of State and Local Governments in respect of according property rights to slum dwellers and to provide Property Rights to Slum Dwellers, and matter connected or incidental thereto;.
