Every Municipality may, and, if so directed by the State Government, shall, Municipal Service

for the purpose of selection of its officers and other employees, constitute a Commission for Municipal service Commission in such manner, and consisting of a Chairperson Municipality. and such other members, and on such terms and conditions, as may be prescribed.
