Appointment of Secretary and Chief Accounts Officer

1. (1) The State Government may appoint one Secretary and one Chief Accounts Officer to the Board to exercise such powers and perform such duties under the Chairman as may be prescribed.
2. (2) The Secretary and the Chief Accounts Officer shall be entitled to receive from the funds of the Board such salary and allowances and shall be governed by such conditions of service as may be determined by the State Government.
