Borrowing of money.

1. (1) The Board may, with the previous sanction of the State Government and subject to the provisions of this Act and to such conditions as the State Government may specify, borrow any sum required for the purpose of this Act.
2. (2) The State Government may guarantee the repayment of any loan taken by the Board under sub-section
3. (1) as to the payment of interest and other incidental charges.
