Annual Report.

The annual report of the constituent Institute shall be prepared under the directions of the Institute Management Council and shall be submitted to the Governing Council on or after such date as may be prescribed by the Statutes and the Governing Council shall consider the report in its meeting.

A consolidated Annual Report shall also be prepared for the University and submitted to the State Government, after the approval, of Governing Council.
