Amendment of section 11.

In section 11 of the principal Act, - (1) in sub-section (1), - (i) in clause (a), for the word "Director" the word "Vice Chancellor" shall be substituted; (ii) in clause (d) for the word "President" the word "Chancellor" shall be substituted. (iii) for clause (i), the following shall be substituted, namely:- '(i) three teachers to be nominated by the Vice Chancellor of whom, one shall be amongst Heads of the Departments, one from Professors and one from Associate Professors by rotation for a period of one year.'; (2) in sub-section (2), for the word, "Director" the word "Vice Chancellor" shall be substituted; (3) in sub-section (3), in clauses (iii) and (iv), for the word "Director" wherever it occurs, the word "Vice Chancellor" shall be substituted.
