Amendment of section 8.

In section 8 of the principal Act,- (i) in item (iv), the word “and” shall be omitted and after the item (iv) so amended, the following new expression shall be inserted, namely:- “(iv-a) the Planning Board; and”; (ii) in item (v), for the words “General Council.”, the word “Statutes.”, shall be substituted.
