In section 13 of the principal Act, in sub-section(1),- (i) in clauses (a) and (j), for the word “Director”, the word “Vice Chancellor” shall be substituted; (ii) in clauses (b) and (d) for the word “President” the word “Chancellor” shall be substituted.
