Punishment for disobedience of eviction order.—Any person continuing in occupation beyond the period specified in the order of eviction issued under sub-section
- (1) of section 6, shall be punishable with imprisonment of either description which may extent to one year or with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees or with both.
