Duty of officials of all Departments and local bodies to assist

Officials of all departments of the Government and of all local bodies shall be legally bound to assist any Prohibition any Executive Magistrate or Police, Prohibition or Special Enforcement Bureau Officer in carrying out the provisions of this Act.
