Amendment of Act 9 of 1989 In the Andhra Pradesh State Audit Act, 1989 (Act 9 of 1989), in section 2, for clauses (c) and (d), the following clause shall be substituted.namely:- (c) agram panchayat, a township, a Mandal Praja Parishad or a Zilla Praja Parishad constituted under the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994.
