Power of Zilla Praja Parishad or its Standing Committee to call for documents from Chief Executive Authority. A [Zilla Praja Parishad] or a Standing Committee thereof may, at any time require the Chief [Executive Authority] to furnish any document in his custody and he shall comply with every such requisition.
