Income and expenses of a Zilla Praja Parishad

(1) The sources of income of Zilla Praja Parishad shall consist of- (i) the Central or State Government funds allotted to the Zilla Praja Parishad; (ii) grants from all India bodies and institutions for the development of cottage, village and small scale industries and the like; (iii) such share of the State taxes or fees as may be prescribed; (iv) proceeds from taxes or fees which the Zilla Praja Parishad may, under any law, levy; (v) income from endowments or trusts administered by the Zilla Praja Parishad;
