Chapter I PRELIMINARY

- (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Horticultural University Act, 2007
- (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh.
- (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on and from the 26th June, 2007.
