Director of Research

(1) The Director of Research shall be whole-time salaried officer of the University, and shall be appointed in such manner and for such period, as may be prescribed. (2) The salary and allowances payable to the Director of Research and the conditions of service shall be such as may be prescribed. (3) The Director of Research shall be responsible for all the research activities in the University and shall be the Ex-officio Member Secretary of Research Advisory Council. (4) The Director of Research shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed.
