Amendment of Section 18

In section ' 18 of the bendmeat of Act: -- Section 18. -

1. (a) after clause (a), the word "and" shall be omitted.
2. (b) after: clause {p) , thc fallowing shall be added, namely:-- "(q) to encourage modernization of agriculture in its area of operation. ".
