For section 15 of the principal Act, the following shall be substituted

1. (2) . The term of office af a Member or Presidentr or Vice-President or Chaizrnan or Vice-Chairman of the farmers organization, so filled up under sub- section (11, shall expire at the time at which it would have expired, if he had been elected at the ordinary election.

(3) The Commissioner rnayiasuenotifi- cation for filling up . the casual vacancies in all the farmers organi- zations every six months, in the manner prescribed: Provided that no ca,sual vacancy ari- sing within the last ski ~onths pari@ of the tenure 05 the past ill farmers organizations. shall hc fillcd in ,by-+ electionsc ".
