Amendment of Section 17

Amendment of 15. In Section 17 cf tne ':principal Section 17. AC~, -- a after clause (r), the word "and" shall be omitted;

1. (b) ~aiter clause Is), the follorsing shall be added, namely:-- "(t) to encourage m0dernizai;ion of agriculture in its'area-of operation; and
2. (u) to maintain the feeder channels of minor irrigation tanks by the respec- tive water users association in the manner prescribed, ".
