Such appeal shall be filed within thirty days from the day on which such person has notice of the action taken.

The Registrar

1. (1) The Registrar shall be a whole-time paid officer of the University appointed by the Executive Council for a term not exceeding four
2. (4) years or to appoint for a lesser period initially on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the Statues.
3. (2) The Registrar shall act as the Secretary of the Executive Council and the Academic Senate.
