The following enactments are hereby repealed:-

  1. (1) The Andhra Pradesh (Andhra Area) Permanent Settlement Regulation, 1802, (Regulation XXV of 1802) section 11;
  2. (2) The Andhra Pradesh (Andhra Area) Karnams Regulation, 1802 (Regulation XXIX of 1802);
  3. (3) The Andhra Pradesh (Andhra Area) Village Officers Restoration Act, 1926 (Act IV of 1926);
  4. (4) The Andhra Pradesh (Andhra Area) Restoration of Village Officers (Validation) Act, 1939 (Act XVIII of 1939).
