Statutory text
- (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh (Andhra Area) Proprietary Estates’ Village Service and the Andhra Pradesh (Andhra Area) Hereditary Village Offices Laws (Repeal) Act, 1969.
- (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh, other than the territories specified in sub-section (1) of section 3 of the States Reorganisation Act, 1956.
- (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 22nd May, 1969.
