Reservation to women in works contracts and service contracts given on nomination

Reservation to women in works contracts and service contracts given on nomination:

1. (1) Notwithstanding anything contained in any law for the time being in force, all works contracts and service contracts of the State Government, and of bodies owned or controlled by the State Government, which are given on nomination basis, shall be reserved to the extent of fifty percent (50%) for women.
2. (2) The works and service contracts referred to in sub-section
3. (1) shall be allocated among women entrepreneurs belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Classes and Minorities in the proportion as may be prescribed by the Government from time to time.
