Notification of areas

When it appears to the Chief Commissioner that in any area it is desirable to provide for the conservation of soil or water or the prevention or mitigation of erosion of lands, the Chief Commissioner may, by notification in the Official Gazette, declare the area to be a notified area for the purposes of this Regulation.
