Statutory text

(1) This Act may be called the Uttarakhand Reforms, Regularization, Rehabilitation and Resettlement and Prevention of Encroachment of the Slums located in the Urban Local Bodies of the State Act, 2016. (2) It shall come into force from the date of publication in official Gazette and shall be applicable in all the urban local bodies.
