Centralization of services of Registrars, Deputy Registrars and Assistant Registrars

The State Government shall provide for the creation of such a separate service of Registrars, Deputy Registrars and Assistant Registrars as is common for all universities and shall regulate the allowances and the conditions of service of persons appointed to such service.
