Executive committee of the fund

Statutory text
- (1) There shall be an Executive Committee for the management of the affairs of the fund and discharging the functions assigned to it by or under the Act. All affairs of the fund, pecuniary and otherwise, shall be administered by the Executive Committee. It shall be a body corporate and shall have a perpetual succession and a common seal.
- (2) The following shall be the members of the executive committee:--
- (a) Ex-officio Members: 1. Chief Minister of the State of Uttarakhand – Chairman 2. Minister for Urban Development of the State of Uttarakhand- Vice Chairman 3. Chief Secretary to the Govt. of Uttarakhand -Member
