Chancellor

(1) chairman of Sponsor body shall be the first Chancellor of the Surajmal University, who’s tenure shall be of three year. there after Sponsor body with, with the prior Concurrence of the Visitor, shall appoint Chancellor from amongst its member. (2) The Chancellor shall have such powers as may be conferred on him by this Act or Statutes made there under.
