Insertion of section 12A

After section 12 of the principal Act, the following section shall be inserted, namely- "12A. Every member of the Assembly, whether or not he holds any office referred to in clause (f) of Section 2, which includes the Leader of Opposition, during the period of membership or as the case may be, the whole period, during which he holds such post, shall be entitled to receive Rupees fifteen thousand per month as attendant allowance."
