Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Members, Officer and Servant etc. of Market Committee & Board to be public servant.

The Chairperson, the Vice-Chairperson, the Members, Secretary, other Officers and servants of a Market Committee and the Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, the Members, the Officers and other servants of the Board shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of Section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (No. 45 of 1860).
