Appointment of Director of Agricultural Marketing

The Government may , by notification, appoint any Officer to exercise or perform such of the powers or functions of the Director of Agricultural Marketing under the provisions of this Act and the Rules made thereunder: Provided that Director of Agricultural Marketing shall not concurrently hold the office of Managing Director of the Board.
