Miscellaneous

(1) Interim pension and gratuity for such retired State employees, against whom inquiry is pending in departmental, judicial proceeding or in Administrative Tribunal or is required to enquire shall be permissible as may be prescribed. (2) Pension, family pension shall not permissible to the person dismissed from the service.
