Statutory text
(1) The Uttarakhand Recovery of Damages to Public and Private Property Ordinance, 2024 is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done by or any action taken under the said ordinance shall be deemed to have been done under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
