-1 13.
- (1) The Uttarakhand Public Services (Reservation for Economically Weaker Sections) Ordinance, 2019 is hereby repealed.
- (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the provisions of the Ordinance specified in sub section
- (1) shall be deemed to have been done under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
