Admission, transfer and repatriation of foreigner prisoners

The information of admission of a foreigner prisoner in a prison shall be sent forthwith to the Head of the headquarters of Prison Administration & Correctional Services and forwarded to the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, or any other agency as may be specified by the Central Government as may be prescribed by the rules.
