(1) The Uttar Pradesh Official Language Act, 1951 is hereby repealed in relation to Uttarakhand. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal specified in sub-section (1), anything done or any action taken under this Act shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act, as if this Act were in force at all material times,
