Disqualification for being the Chairman or other Member

A person shall be disqualified for appointment as Chairman or other member if he-

1. (a) becomes an undischarged insolvent;
2. (b) is convicted and sentenced to imprisonment for an offence which in the opinion of the State Government, involves moral turpitude;
3. (c) becomes of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court.
