This Act sets up the Uttarakhand Medical Education Board. It sets out the Board's composition, the appointment, powers, duties, terms and disqualification of its Chairman and members, and its Secretary. The State Government can bring institutions under the Board or remove them.

- 20. Provided that no quorum shall be necessary for a meeting adjourned for want of quorum.
