Power of Authority to make regulations

(1) The Authority may make regulations for the proper performance of its functions under this Act. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power and of matters specifically provided for in this Act, such regulations may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely: a) Specifying procedure to transact business in the meetings under section 23. b) Determining of salaries, allowances and other conditions of service of the officers and other employees of the Authority under section 25; and c) Fixing of sums received by the Authority under clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 26.
